Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
The data controller is OPEN S.r.l., with registered office at Piazzale Luigi Sturzo, 15, 00144 Roma (RM), Italy, VAT no. 16423471008. For any request about your personal data you can write to info@stayopen.it.
2. Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide through the quote request form: full name, company name, email address, phone number, the type of service requested and the information contained in the free-text message. When the form is submitted, Firebase App Check / reCAPTCHA Enterprise may also process IP address, browser, device and interaction signals strictly to prevent automated abuse. The site does not use profiling or collect browsing data for statistical or advertising purposes.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to answer your request and prepare a quote (Art. 6.1.b GDPR: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request) and to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations linked to any subsequent contract (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). Providing the data marked as required is necessary to follow up on your request; without it we cannot reply.
4. How and where data is processed
Data is collected through the site form and transmitted to the systems of OPEN S.r.l., hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure. Firebase App Check / reCAPTCHA Enterprise is used to prevent automated abuse. Access is restricted to authorised staff and to suppliers appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR (hosting, security and email service).
5. Disclosure
Data is neither disseminated nor sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared, only where necessary, with authorised staff, consultants and technical suppliers acting on behalf of the controller, including Google Cloud / Firebase and the email delivery provider. Some suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of an applicable adequacy decision, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where relevant, or Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards under Articles 44 ff. GDPR.
6. Retention period
Requests received through the site are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last useful contact, unless a contract arises: in that case the retention terms set by civil and tax law apply (10 years). After those terms the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent where given. Requests should be sent to info@stayopen.it and receive a reply within thirty days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Candidate data
Spontaneous applications sent separately to info@stayopen.it are not collected through this quote form. If received, they are processed solely for staff selection and kept for a maximum of 12 months, unless a relationship is established or the data subject requests earlier deletion.
9. Automated decisions
The site does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Firebase App Check / reCAPTCHA Enterprise is used only to assess the authenticity of a form submission and prevent abuse.
10. Updates
This notice may be updated to reflect legal or organisational changes. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
